How to Display Facebook Status on WordPress/WordPress Blog

If you want to display your Facebook Status and you are hosting on a WordPress.com blog that restricts you from installing plugins, try this. The following method uses the Facebook status feed and the WordPress RSS widget. It will also work for self-hosted WordPress blogs, but self-hosted guys can use better plugins for that.

Step 1

Sign in to Facebook. Below Filesearch Small food column, click See it all.

Step 2

Below Small foodclick ‘Status story‘ on the right column. Scroll all the way to the bottom, search for ‘My Status‘

Step 3

Copy link of My Status, and we are about to use this in our WordPress blog. Your link will look like this:

Step 4 (WordPress)

In the WordPress admin, navigate to Design -> Widgets. Search RSS widgetadd it to your sidebar.

Step 5

Paste the copied URL inside, give it a name, save, and your Facebook status (or status depending on how many you display) will appear on your WordPress blog.
